Self-Exclusion & Timeout

If you’d like to activate a Timeout or Self-Exclusion, you may log in to initiate that yourself, or call Player Support at 1-800-288-2485 for assistance.

Timeout allows you to take a break from gambling for a predefined period. During this time you will be unable to log in to your iLottery account. At the end of the selected Timeout period, your login privileges will automatically be restored.

Please note you will not be able to reverse the Timeout during the period entered.

While the Timeout is in place, we’ll do our best to not send you any marketing materials. Please allow 48 hours for this to take effect.
